Yes. All counseling services are provided through a secure telehealth platform and are available to clients throughout Oklahoma. Virtual therapy allows you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. In-person services are not available at this time.

Research has shown that virtual EMDR can be just as effective as in-person EMDR for many clients. EMDR can be successfully adapted to telehealth while maintaining the same structured treatment approach.

Yes. I provide counseling services for teens generally ages 15 and older as well as adults. Younger adolescent cases will be considered depending on appropriateness of services offered.

Yes. LPC supervision services are available for Oklahoma LPC Candidates seeking licensure supervision.

The first session focuses on going over your completed intake paperwork, getting to know you, understanding your concerns, discussing your goals, and determining the best approach for treatment. It is also an opportunity to ask questions and ensure we are a good fit.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. As progress is made, sessions may transition to every other week or another schedule that best supports your goals.
